Mommy's first week back to work

Mommy started work this week-yuck! I got to go to my Aunt Beth's on Monday, CC's on Wednesday and I go to Aunt Sandra's on Friday for half of the day! I am excited! Mommy says she can't wait for Tuesdays and Thursdays..."mommy and murphy days"! Keep us in your prayers-I am doing so well! I love to read with my daddy and I am so good at holding my head up now!

15 weeks old!

I turned 15 weeks old this Friday! I have started laughing all of the time-especially when Daddy sings the Pink Panther song to me! Mom's friend from college, Katy came to visit us this week. She lives in L.A. and I was so excited I finally got to meet her!

Mommy is going back to work this week...but she will only be working a few days a week-hooray! She is so happy we get to keep having "Mommy and Murphy Days"! They are her favorite!

Mommy and my busy week!

This week Mommy and I have been so busy. I am getting so good at tummy time and I love it when Mommy and Daddy sing...sometimes I just CAN'T stop laughing! They are so crazy!

I am 14 weeks!

I turned 14 weeks old this week! I am getting so big and tall mommy and daddy can't believe it! I have been working so hard doing tummy time and playing on my big bouncy ball. My uncle Bubba came by to see me, it was so much fun but as soon as he started rocking me I was ready for a nap!

I have been chatting up a storm (I think I get that from mommy!) We have been really busy this week, I even got to meet mommy's friend Brooke from Dallas and she brought me some really fun shoes to wear!

Mommy and My Birthday!

Yesterday was mom's birthday and I turned 3 months old on the same day! We had lots of fun celebrating! We went to get my 3 month old pictures taken and had lunch with CC. Then we got to go to Pete and Sam's with the whole family even aunt courtney and andrew came! It was so much fun and I got so many fun presents! I LOVE birthdays!!!

This week has been so much fun. I got to meet my great-great uncle and I got to see the beach for the first time! It has been so great to be with my family everyday and I love spending time napping on my turtle raft!

11 Weeks Old Today!

I turned 11 weeks old today! I am getting so big! Today we are packing to go to the beach, well actually I get to listen to my favorite music box while Mom packs! I am really excited about going swimming and spending time with my family at the beach.

I got great news this week...on Tuesday the physical therapist tested me and said I don't qualify for any therapies because I am doing so well. Then Wednesday Ms. Janet came to my house to give me the results of my "complete evaluation" she did when I had just turned 2 months old.

I scored at 3 or 4 months old in all of the categories! She said she had never seen anyone with 0% delays in ANY area!!! My mom and dad are so excited and we are so thankful to everyone who has been praying for me. Please keep it up, it's working!

The newest swimmer!

Today Mama took me to CC's to go swimming! It was so much fun, although I was exhausted and took a long nap afterwords. I can't wait to go the beach with my big turtle raft!

To Townsend We Go!

This weekend Mama and Daddy and I went to Townsend to visit my aunts, uncles, cousins and Mimi and Pop too! We got to visit with everyone and I even got to see Pop on Father's Day. Then we came home and I gave Daddy his Father's Day presents...I think he really like them! Aunt Sandra had the day off today so we spent the day together then we had dinner with Skipper, CC, and Pops! What a weekend...I am off to bed!

Happy 9 Week Birthday to Murphy!

Today I am 9 weeks old, mama and daddy can't believe how fast time has gone by with me! Last night I got to see Uncle "baby" John and eat dinner at CC and Skipper's house.

I have been awfully busy today. We went to visit Daddy at work and he showed me everything he does when he's gone during the day. I met everyone he works with, but I was awfully sleepy so I took a little nap!

Then we came home so mom could start getting us packed for the weekend. We are leaving in the morning to go see Mimi and Pop! It's going to be a long ride, but I can't wait to see everyone!

I am 2 months old today!!!

Today was such a busy day! I woke up and had tummy time then we called daddy to talke to him at work. After that I had to go to Dr. Higginbotham's to get my 2 month old shots...momma can't believe I have gotten so grown up. CC and Daddy came with us to see what he had to say...

Dr. Higginbotham said I am hitting every developmental target possible for babies my age! I even rolled over to show him what I can do! Dr. Higginbotham couldn't believe how talkative I am for a boy my age too! I am in the 5oth percentile in height weight and head circumference!

Then Mrs. Janet came over to meet me and evaluate me...she said she was very impressed with my abilities and that I am doing so well that she isnt sure I have even been diagnosed correctly, which is the same thing the Geneticist said yesterday! My momma and daddy are so proud of me! They just continue to pray for me that I will stay on this wonderful path!
